Wholesale prices are available only to pre-approved wholesale accounts.

Terms & Conditions:
Credit card payment is due in full at time of initial set-up order shipment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We offer net 15 terms for all repeat orders for customers who are in good standing via company check and COD secured funds. We require that you have a credit card on file. Rhed Lucy retains the right to charge your credit card for all balances that go unpaid for 45 days. NOTE: net 30 terms are available on a case by case basis with respect to order volume (credit application is required).
Custom orders:
Due to the volume of custom order requests, a credit card is required at the time custom order is placed. 20% deposit may be applicable, balance charged when order is shipped.
Minimums:
Rhed Lucy minimum opening order is only $500. We do recommend having enough pieces for a well merchandised 'Rhed Lucy' story. At a minimum, we suggest: 3-4 neck pieces, complimenting earring, bracelets, rings, etc.
Standard Lead Time on Orders:
Most orders take 4-8 weeks to process. For exact ship dates please contact us directly: 713.503.5611. All orders are shipped from Houston TX.
Backorders:
All efforts will be made to ship orders complete. In the event that there are items not in stock at the time of shipment, these items will be placed on backorder.
Returns:
All returns must be pre-authorized within 15 days of product delivery. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All returns must be shipped to us freight prepaid. No returns shall be accepted after thirty days of receiving goods. Unauthorized returns or COD returns will be refused and retuned to the customer at the customer’s expense. We cannot accept returns for custom orders.
Warranty:
There is a one year limited warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the structural integrity of the piece under normal conditions but does not cover abuse, or neglect. Rhed Lucy's liability is limited by the cost of the purchase. Purchase of our product constitutes your acceptance of our policies.
